This Privacy Policy explains how 3lsahel (“we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, and shares your information when you use the 3lsahel mobile app and related services (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

  • Personal Information: name, email address, phone number (if provided), profile picture (optional), authentication tokens (Google/Facebook sign-in).
  • Account & Login Data: login method (email, Google, Facebook), encrypted password (if applicable), language preferences.
  • Transaction Information: booking details (services, dates, prices), payment status and method (processed via integrated gateways such as Paymob).
  • Device & Usage Data: device type/OS/model, IP address, app usage statistics, and crash reports.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Creating and managing user accounts
  • Processing bookings and payments
  • Sending booking confirmations and important updates
  • Communicating offers, promotions, and product updates (where permitted)
  • Improving user experience, performance, and App security
  • Complying with legal and regulatory obligations

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data only as needed to operate the service:

  • Payment gateways (e.g., Paymob): to process transactions securely.
  • Service providers: only to fulfill bookings (e.g., beaches, accommodations, drivers).

All data shared is limited to what is necessary and protected through appropriate contractual and technical safeguards.

4. User Account & Deletion

  • You can register via email/password, Google, or Facebook.
  • You can request permanent deletion from within the app settings.
  • After deletion, we remove user-identifiable data unless retention is legally required.

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Transaction records may be retained for legal, accounting, and tax purposes where required.

6. Security

We use secure Firebase services and apply industry-standard safeguards such as encryption, access controls, and monitoring to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. International Users

If you access the App from outside Egypt, you understand that your information may be processed in accordance with applicable international privacy laws, including GDPR where relevant, and local Egyptian data protection regulations.

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. You can manage many options inside the App or by contacting us.
